Exhausted

I was on my home computer today gathering all my tax stuff when I realized I haven't blogged in SO LONG and to be honest I am truly Exhausted... so please accept this pathetic sentence as my latest Blog. I will be back I promise.

Worlds WORST blogger

Okay so I am not the worlds best blogger there is.... see my last post was in May and I honestly want to blog, but with all the work I have been doing lately I just haven't had the time. Well it is now December 28 and Christmas has passed, it was a good one... way to much food, many family and friend get togethers (some tolerable others not). I am still trying to regain my hearing from my in laws party. For those who are European understand what I am saying...gather 30 something Pork chops in one room and it is cause for hearing loss. So now we have to get through New Years. Our house has been playing "pass the cold" for the past three weeks and I think that for some reason it is my turn again. New years resolutions:
1. Lose weight
2. Blog more often
3. Don't speed
4. Get more sleep
5. Drink more wine (what... it is supposed to be good for you)

Anyhow I want to wish all my readers (which I don't think I have any at this point) a Happy New Year.

Well another long weekend has come and gone. I REALLY enjoyed my long weekend, we just relaxed all weekend. I am not used to doing nothing ....

Last night we had our fire works display at the house, it was a lot of fun. I think the adults enjoyed it more then the kids did. We purchased a pre packaged box of fire works from GT boutique... they were Fantastic !!. Our neighbors spent all day making a vegetable garden, and I think that ALOT of firework ash has landed in it... I wonder if that works the same as manure ??

Today we had family BBQ day with the in laws... good times way to much food as usual. Everyone decided to sit out in the sun and of course I sat inside the whole time (I was not blessed with and olive complexion and therefore burn to the bone).

Well I guess it is off to work in the morning... gotta hit the sack soon as 4:30 AM comes really fast

Not in front of the girls...

So the Long weekend is here, I have conqured Saturday and now have two more days to go. We decided that we would not make any major plans this long weekend as we feel that all we ever do is run around and never have time for relaxing. Today was housework day....I am so suprised at how dusty my house can get over a span of one week. We took our kiddies "Cosmic Bowling" tonight, they both had a blast. My son basically played the whole three games for all of us. I realized today how much he is growing up. We were walking to get our bowling shoes and I said come here mommy wants to give you a kiss.... he looked around and saw some girls at a table and kinda gave me a look and then quickly kissed me and walked away. Man before I know it the kid will be off to college and then moving out... where has the time gone ??

I am sorry I have neglected you...

So it has been a while since I have blogged... with a good reason might I add. I have joined the masses and have gone back to work......Oh Maternity Leave how I miss you !!!.

My day starts with a 4:30 AM wake up call, I drag my self out of bed, shower blow dry my hair grab my lunch and then drive myself to the Go Train. For reasons unknown I ALWAYS sit in the 4th coach from the front of the train, I then try to do my make up as quickly as possible before the first stop, I plug my Ipod in my ears and dose off for a nice hour long nap, usually waking up to find my mouth wide open, but honestly people....4:30 AM is early. I then head with the rest of the world to their place of employment to endure a LONG HARD day of work. Once work is done I walk back to the Go train (4th car from the front) plug in my ipod and sleep for another hour on the way home.

I walk to my car Then the fun starts:

1. Pick up the kids
2. Make dinner
3. Do homework
4. Play with the kids
5. Clean up the dishes
6. Make three lunches
7. Give both kids a bath
8. Read the kids the bible, put them to bed
9. Pack the diaper bag
10.Lay both kids and my clothes out for the next day
11.Do Some house work
12. Do some wedding Stuff (my own business)
13.PJ's on go to bed

Wake up and Repeat.

Does that sound exhausting.... IT IS !!... hence why I have neglected you my blog. I am sorry, I will try to squeeze you in my normal routine.

Summer Sandles

Okay so I know that the warm weather is here and everyone is dying to bring out their summer shoes.. BUT SERIOUSLY PEOPLE....it is just mean to wear a pair of sandles without getting a pedicure first. Think about it, your feet have not seen sunlight or air for that matter in approx 7 months. I really don't like to look at people's feet and see crooked extra thick shrek toe nails, and heels so hard you could grate cheese on them.

Even those with cute toes are still annoying... BIGGEST PET PEVE of wearing sandles is when you see women walking and their toes are hanging off the front of their shoe. THEY INVENTED non slip inserts that prevent that from happening... like seriously do you think you are a geisha or what ???

Okay I have had my rant for the day.

Cautious

Okay...........

I like the Internet and all the Applications it brings forth... Facebook... Twitter.. Blogging etc. The funny thing is that I find myself VERY cautious.. for instance here is a scenario:

I started talking to someone on Facebook through a live APP and then added them as a friend... I went to bed and then my brain started working. Okay so who is this person really ? I have talked to them a for a while and they seem nice. They have a family and kids...seems nice enough, and hey if I need help with my Facebook games they will be there to help me.

THEN my brain says... Kim you are stupid, you don't even know this person even though you have been talking to them everyday and know their life story, maybe they are a serial killer, maybe they are weird... when I woke up I deleted ALL messages back and forth, deleted them as a friend and then BLOCKED them so there was no opportunity to talk to me again.

Am I crazy ??
